Dietary emphasis - Foods are best assimilated when eaten in combinations.  Home-style foods, like meat and potatoes, prepared with gravies and sauces are supportive.  Include variety and rotation.  Garlic supports the immune system.

Meals - Best to make lunch your largest meal.  Breakfast is light and dinner may be moderate to heavy.  Raw foods are supportive to your body, so include more raw than cooked vegetables.

Emotional - Emotional support is a high priority, with group support being more effective than one on one.
