The Core Emotional Issues of the Kidney Body Type are Love, Fear, Misunderstood
I am known for procrastinating. Pressure often provides my stimulation to get started. I am sensitive and expressive, and in touch with my own emotions. This makes me exceptional at helping others to become aware of their own feelings and communicate them effectively. I’m a good listener, and respond objectively rather than emotionally. I can produce rational solutions to problems. I am generally optimistic, positive, willing and supportive, and frequently am called upon for assistance when others have problems. I am highly creative, and easily bored with convention, routine or repitition. I am drawn towards new, unproven ideas and technologies.
I rise to the occasion under pressure. I tend to procrastinate, but I force myself to excel when under pressure of deadlines, time, or performance. I respond and function best when I am needed. If sufficient outside pressure doesn’t exist, I will create it, by procrastinating until I get behind in my projects to the point of discomfort, which forces me to excel and move beyond my previous limits. I can be fearful by nature, and my success in meeting challenges builds confidence and prepares me for my next experience, allowing me to move further than I would have dreamed.
I am happiest when I can be flexible – when I have choices and can explore new options. Once I have accomplished something, and moved beyond my perceived limitations, I relax and enjoy those around me until the next challenge arises. For me to feel fulfilled, my challenges need to vary and need to involve people, allowing for greater flexibility and growth.
