Hello Readers,

The Personality Profile is always the biggest surprise when people discover their body type for the first time. This month I provide examples of what you can find in your body type's Personality Profile.

Divine Release essential oil isn't new, but until recently it was only available in Young Living collections - but is now available individually. It clears emotional patterns stored in the 9th chakra, as detailed in my new Chakra Workshop. For this purpose it can be used as a substitute for Inspiration essential oil, which has been discontinued.

Are you tall with a forceful prescence? Do you have a well-meaning, take-charge demeanor that is sometimes perceived as controlling? Then you might be a Thymus body type.

The new Lifetime Plan for Oils Lookup will be 25% off through the end of the year, and existing members will receive an additional credit to upgrade until the end of December. New subscribers can register here. Existing Subscribers - use the "renew" link inside Oils Lookup.

As always, I hope and trust that these newsletters help you enjoy a happier, healthier life.

Health and Happiness,

Introducing Divine Release Essential Oil

NEW - MultiDimensional Chakra Workshop
A 2-Hour Video Course

The 25 Year Anniversary Edition of “Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils” released this summer included an expanded section on the chakras. All 13 chakras, including the etheric ones located outside the body, are now listed. The emotions associated with each chakra, and how they can be released using essential oils, have been added.

Last month, LeeYen Anderson and I conducted a workshop to introduce the material. In this 2-hour workshop we discussed each of the 13 chakras in detail, explained the emotions stored in each chakra, and walked through live demonstrations to release each of these emotions.

This 2-hour workshop, including all the materials and lifetime access to the content, are now available online to experience at your own pace, as often as you wish.

What's In Your Personality Profile?

When people first determine their body type, it’s often to improve nutrition or weight management as the goal. So when they read the Personality Profile for their body type for the first time, they are invariably surprised. The most common reaction is, “how can you know me so well?”

I certainly had not planned on providing a Personality Profile for each body type – nutrition was my focus. But as I worked with thousands of people during my clinicals developing the 25 Body Type System, the personality similarities among those having the same body type were too great to ignore. In fact, personality differences are one of the factors in determining someone’s body type. The body type test begins with physical aspects and weight gain areas, then uses personality differences to finalize the determination of your body type.

Characteristic Traits

The Personality Profile describes your characteristic traits, those aspects which are unique to your body type. The Adrenal body type is easily recognizable in a crowd, and you probably will identify some that you know after reading the excerpts below from the Adrenal body type Personality Profile. This will also give you a sense of what’s in the PP. Here’s an excerpt from the Adrenal body type Personality Profile:

"Adrenal body types are distinguished by their high energy, physical strength, and endurance. This dominant physical energy is reflected in their heavy, solid musculature, commanding presence, and physical comfort in the world. Forceful and dynamic, they easily make themselves known as soon as they enter a room and are generally the first ones in an audience to ask questions or make comments. They are, by nature, outgoing, often charming and charismatic. With their commanding presence, strong will, and being vocally uninhibited, they make themselves heard when they enter a room, and people listen. Consequently, they can easily control and lead a crowd, making them dynamic leaders."

The dominant identifying characteristics of the Adrenal body type are their physical presence and dominant personality. Are there people you know that fit that description? Characteristic traits are the identify characteristics that distinguish one body type from another.

Passion

What is your Passion? What do you strive for? The Personality Profile for the Adrenal body type describes their Passion as being “success”:

"Adrenals thrive on obvious success. Independent-minded and prone to act, Adrenals like to be in total control of a task or situation so they alone can determine the outcome. With their quick, strong initiating energy, they are the first to dive into a project, even when not really sure how to do it. Competitive and hard driving, when uncertain how to proceed, their immediate impulse is to “power” through it anyway.

“Nothing breeds success like success” and “to be successful you have to look successful,” are basic Adrenal philosophies. Their nature is to emphasize the physical expression and appearance of success. Recognition and approval from others is often closely linked to self-esteem. Being externally directed, career success and validation from outside themselves are crucial for a sense of well-being. Self-worth can hinge on doing well in their chosen line of work, and women Adrenals often experience a need to prove themselves in “a man’s world.”

It’s not unusual to be motivated by success – the difference is in how we define “success,” which is not universal. Adrenal types define success as being a visible, tangible thing. They want to brandish the obvious signs of success – a trophy, a title, possessions, etc. Adrenal types often gravitate to jobs in sales. With their natural physical prowess and their highly competitive nature, they also show up in professional sports and bodybuilding. The visible signs of their success attract the recognition and approval from others that supports their self-esteem.

Your passion is how you experience fulfillment. What provides you with a sense of fulfillment? While success may seem like something that most are passionate about, the driving passions for other body types are very different: for Eye body types, their passion is to make a difference; Liver body types have a passion to teach; and Pancreas body types have a passion for joy – to experience it and share it with others.

Motivation

While our passions may define our goals or direction, motivation is what actually gets us moving. The Personality Profile describes the motivation of Adrenal body types as rejection:

"There is a basic fear of rejection that manifests as their having difficulty saying “no” for fear of being left out. They tend to be “people pleasers” because they are dependent upon others’ responses to them, so they will generally strive to make a good impression. Consequently, they will often commit to an activity and fail to follow through. As they gain more emotional maturity, their fear of rejection becomes less of a motivation.

"Recognition and approval from others is often closely linked to self-esteem. Being externally directed, career success and validation from outside themselves are crucial for a sense of well-being. Self-worth can hinge on doing well in their chosen line of work, and women Adrenals often experience a need to prove themselves in “a man’s world.” Especially sensitive to rejection, Adrenals are strongly motivated to make a good impression, making them extremely concerned about their image and how well they’re accepted by others."

This goes very well with the picture of a sales career for Adrenal types – this offers plenty of rejection, which motivates them with their competitive spirit – the perfect storm for the “don’t take no for an answer” sales approach.

Adrenal types are great starters – but prefer to delegate details to others. They work best in an environment where they are in charge of their own outcomes, and work independently or in a managerial role.

Other body types span a range of motivations: the Gonadal body type is motivated by beauty; Pineal types are motivated by self-realization; and Gallbladder types are motivated by being helpful.

Life Lesson

We are born with a specific body type, which doesn’t change during our lifetime. The Personality Profile describes your innate approach to the world. As we grow and evolve, we consciously change how we view the world and interact with others. Each body type has a particular life lesson that’s related to our growth. The Adrenal body type’s life lesson is described in the Personality Profile:

"When Adrenals redefine success by placing the real value on qualities and attributes, they begin to manifest true success. Success is then measured by their personal growth, emotional maturity, and caring for others. It’s based on the development of their connection with their own inner guidance or intuition.

Validating themselves from within, their self-esteem is no longer dependent upon others’ responses and reactions to them. Their spiritual connection is what provides the inner peace that creates a stable inner environment. This is when Adrenals become balanced and can live with harmony and self-esteem. Emotional maturity comes through self-knowledge and insight."

Adrenal types have a fear of facing the world – their life lesson is to embrace the world. This is the roadmap to the evolution of an Adrenal type. When they provide their own self-validation, and don’t derive their self-esteem from others, they redefine success and their motivations change.

The life lessons of other body types are very different: for the Lung body type, the life lesson is to change awareness; for the Spleen type, it is to share energy; and the life lesson for Stomach body types is to allow change.

When we consciously recognize aspects of ourselves we’d like to change and we do the personal work, we form new patterns for ourselves. The innate patterns don’t go away, they get replaced with how we intentionally choose to be.

Introducing Divine Release Essential Oil
Transmuting Dense Into Buoyancy

Divine Release essential oil blend is not new, but until recently was available only in certain collections. Now it can be purchased individually.

Divine Release was formulated for when you’re having difficulty letting go. Whether it’s an event or a person that you just can’t move on from, Divine Release can help.

Feeling “dense” is when you’re having a hard time letting go of something that feels heavy, as if trying to drag you down. When you feel Dense it’s hard to focus forward and move on in life. This is different from the concept of density, or our connection with the Earth plane.

When we feel Dense, communication doesn’t get through. The 9th chakra – called the Spirit Star chakra – is where we connect and communicate with spiritual beings and expand our spiritual awareness. It is seen as pink, with a glittering or opalescent quality. This chakra is located 12 inches above the crown – it is one of the etheric chakras located outside the physical body.

The emotion of Dense is stored in the 9th chakra, preventing this communication from flowing properly. The other side of Dense is Buoyant. To transmute from feeling Dense into Buoyant, use Divine Release (or Inspiration) essential oil and the way out statement “I accept.”

Divine Release is a blend of grounding scents like Frankincense and Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood, with uplifting notes from Bergamot and Grapefruit, as well as the higher frequency notes of Rose and Angelica.

It has a gentle, calming aroma, and can be diffused at gatherings for a harmonizing scent. It can be applied topically for moments of quiet reflection. Breathe in the warm, liberating scent while you let go of the past and look forward to the future.
