I continually receive a variety of questions about "Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils". There have been a number of updates since the 2020 Edition was published, and I have released new resources over the last couple of years to support the book – including online courses, Oils Lookup, a wholesale program, and additional languages. This month I’m providing an overview of these new resources.

Whether you are a parent, a practitioner, or simply interested in emotional release, I wrote REP as a self-help guide to using Essential Oils to clearing emotional patterns. I am continually discovering new additions, and developing new resources to support you in this journey. Here is a compilation of updates and resources.


Newest Additions and Substitutions

If you have the 2020 Edition of REP, you have the most recently published edition.

In between releases of REP, I am continually developing clearing patterns for new emotions, working with new oils, and determining replacement oils for essential oils which become discontinued.

Since releasing the 2020 Edition, I have added clearing patterns for the release of new emotions including Burdened, Drama, Exploited, Heartbreak, Imbalance, Jealousy, Left Out, Remorse, Smothered and Spent. New oils, and oils recommended as substitutions for discontinued oils, include Excite, Gary’s Light, Hyssop, Kunzea, Lemon, Sage, Surrender, Transformation and Trauma Life.

I have just released an Addendum ebook which includes all these newest updates and brings your 2020 Edition current.


Oils Lookup

The best way to keep abreast of these changes is by subscribing to Oils Lookup. New additions are added to Oils Lookup in real time, and subscribers receive a notification email, making them the first to know.

Gonadal body type women are generally well-proportioned and attractive with delicate features. They have prominent muscular buttocks, an hourglass figure, and characteristically muscular thighs down to the knees. They also have a relatively flat stomach and narrow shoulders. Not prone to weight gain, but when they do, it accrues in buttocks, lower hips, and thighs.	Gonadal body type men are generally well-proportioned and handsome with fine features. They can range from average to tall, with medium bone structure and a short to average neck. Shoulders may be even with or broader than hips, with thin to average calves and thighs. Musculature in torso is solid. Not prone to weight gain, which accrues as solid thickening around waist and solid musculature in abdomen.

The emotions associated with Humility Essential Oil are Not Good Enough, Being Less Than, Insulted, and Tired.

The fear of being Not Good Enough is a Core Emotional Issue for the Heart, Intestinal and Gonadal body types. The other side of Not Good Enough is Acceptance. Acceptance requires realistic expectations. The affirmation is "I express my best." Do what you know in your heart is the best you can do and let the experience unfold, learning and transforming from it. Loneliness is stored in the heart, and Not Good Enough is stored in the pericardium, which is the sac around the heart. Feeling not good enough will lead to loneliness.

Humility Essential Oil was blended to promote forgiveness, humbleness and humility. It will help you arrive at a place of peace, forgiveness and deeper spiritual awareness. If you feel stuck in a situation or relationship, Humility may help you transform, change, or make a dent, as you get clarity, stronger and grounded.

Humility Essential Oil is a blend including Bergamot, Coriander, Frankincense, Geranium, Melissa, Myrrh, Neroii, Rose, Spikenard, Ylang Ylang, and fractionated coconut/palm oil.

Applications:

• Diffuse or directly inhale
• Apply 1 to 4 drops over heart, neck, forehead, temples, and crown of head
• Put 2 drops on a wet cloth and put in clothes dryer
• Put 4-8 drops on cotton ball and locate on vents
• Add 2-4 drops to bath water
