Navigating Transition with Sacred Mountain Essential Oil



Have you felt a sense of transition lately – personal transition, planetary transition, or both? While transition is a normal occurrence in life, at times it seems predominant, as if there are times when it is more encompassing – when change feels imminent.

Transition is the process of experiencing change. That may be change in our physical world – new home, new career, new relationships – or a change in our state of being – evolving to a mental/emotional state with a higher vibration.

On a larger scale, transition occurs at a group level such as a nation, or even all of humanity. We have indeed seen global transition lately which seems to be continuing, and which affects us all energetically if not physically.

Sometimes transition is a choice, is something that we instigate. At other times it feels like change is forced upon us. The greater truth is that we always create and attract all our experiences. When we attract transition, even when it feels “forced”, it’s because we have new and better experiences ahead which require leaving outdated experiences behind. It always feels safer to hold onto what’s familiar, even if we’ve already outgrown it, and this produces resistance. Resistance makes transition feel harder and take longer than it needs to.

The key to successfully navigating transition is to embrace it rather than resist it. Some people are better than others at embracing change – generally, those body types with a more predominant spiritual aspect rather than physical aspect are more open to change – physical body types prefer to stick with what’s familiar.

Times of transition can be difficult or confusing, so getting through them as quickly and smoothly as possible is beneficial.

Sacred Mountain essential oil can be used to help accelerate passage through Transition and make it go more smoothly. The other side of Transition is Creation – namely, the acceptance of the next experience we’ve created for ourselves. This is done with the affirmation “I am inspired” because it is from inspiration that we create.

Not coincidentally, Sacred Mountain essential oil is also the oil for the 3rd Chakra, the Solar Plexus. This is the Chakra where we balance Mass Consciousness (external influences) with Manifesting Source Consciousness (producing from within). The 3rd Chakra is our connection with the world.

Practitioner Certification is Back


The "Emotional Wisdom with Essential Oils" video course for Practitioners will run again beginning on October 1, 2025.

This 12-week course is an intensive study on "Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils." It also provides many tools and techniques for running a Practice as a therapist, counselor, or coach.

The course includes extensive materials and lifetime access to many hours of interesting and informative video. There are 3 live calls with myself and my co-host LeeYen Anderson.

Although designed for Practitioners, the many individuals who have taken this course say that it has helped them personally and also with their relationships.






Are You a Nervous System Body Type?

Nervous System Body Types are generally quite verbal with good integration and common sense





Women having the Nervous System body type range in height from petite to very tall, with small to medium bone structure. They are average-to-long waisted with straight-to-defined waist (hourglass shape). They have a high forehead, and face is long or oval, often coming forward at the chin with square or firm jaw, indicative of determination. Initial weight gain is lower body (apple shape), in the abdomen, upper thighs, upper hips, middle back and waist.
Men having the Nervous System body type range in height from average to very tall with medium bone structure. Shoulders are even with or moderately broader than hips. Usually have a full head of hair, hair loss is frontal as a high forehead or a "V". Thighs and calves are thin-to-average. Solid abdominal musculature with moderate ability to attain abdominal muscular definition. Initial weight gain as a thickening around the waist.

A vegetarian diet does not provide adequate nutrition for the Nervous System body type when healthy.

Nervous System body types can lose weight by reducing grains and sugars (including fruit), and consuming most of the day's food by 2:00 PM.

The passion of Nervous System body types is listening to others, and they are motivated by adventure.

The Core Emotional Issues for the Nervous System body type are Anger, Control, Victim and F--- You.
