New Zoom Class:
"Emotional Release with Young Living's Everyday Oils Collection" ![]() I will be teaching a brand new class exploring the use of all 10 Essential Oils in Young Living's Everyday Oils Collection to release emotional patterns, hosted by LeeYen Anderson, founder of the Scentsible Tribe. The Everyday Oils Collection is so useful because these 10 Essential Oils truly address the most common and frequent emotions that most of us encounter frequently, if not daily. In this course we will discuss each oil, the emotion it transmutes, and do the exercise together. This is also an excellent opportunity to ask me questions, and to hear the experiences of other attendees. "Emotional Release with Everyday Oils" is a Zoom class beginning June 23 at 7:00 PM PDT and running 5 consecutive Wednesdays. These 10 Essential Oils address some of the most commonly experienced emotions, and together we will explore them together using the techniques in my book "Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils". Class participants will receive access to the class recordings, a Certificate of Attendance, bonus content and a Remote Mini Soul Coherence Guidance with LeeYen, and more. Did you attend my recent "Feelings Collection" course? That entitles you to an extra 10% discount on this class. I hope to see you there! |
Keeping your Frequency High in Challenging Times |
![]() We are constantly bombarded with all kinds of frequencies - from bacteria and viruses, people’s attitudes, fears and emotions, to pollution, broadcast frequencies and electromagnetic fields. Human nature tends to attune to the frequencies we are exposed to, and these influences are of an undesirably low vibration. Essential oils hold a positive frequency and can raise and maintain your frequency, offering you a level of protection. How Chakras and Emotions Connect The Chakras are energy centers found along the midline of the body. Emotions are projected and received via energy moving through the Chakras. Emotions move through the body via the meridian system, which consists of energy channels that feed the glands, organs and systems of the body. Emotions have specific vibrational frequencies and can accumulate in specific organs of the body having the same frequency, which are accessed by the acupressure “alarm points”. This accumulation can manifest as emotional blocks or even physical ailments. Using certain Essential Oils on these alarm points can transmute these emotions into their positive side – which restores the flow of energy in the body and raises our vibration. When no longer encumbered by these emotions, we are able to move past them and move forward in life. Helpful Essential Oils for Present Times With the global pandemic, we are currently challenged by a fear that attempts to push us to operate in survival mode. This corresponds to the 1st Chakra (or Root Chakra), which provides grounding and having our basic needs met. Cedarwood is the Essential Oil associated with this Chakra and the emotion of Survival. Survival transmutes into Unity with the affirmation “I am one with all that is”. Cedarwood also corresponds to the 6th Chakra (or 3rd Eye Chakra), located at the alarm point for the hypothalamus, and the emotion of Conceit. We are exposed to Conceit when others insist they know what is best for us and try to force their will – such as the authoritarian actions that have been impressed upon us over the last 15 months. Conceit transmutes into Meekness, with the affirmation “I know who I am”. Cedarwood is supportive of the hypothalamus gland. The significance of the hypothalamus is that it is the ultimate controller of the body, since it is responsible for coming up with a plan and telling the the pituitary gland (the “master gland”) what to do. In turn, the pituitary directs all other glands, which control the organs and systems of the body. Idaho Balsam Fir (now Idaho Grand Fir) Essential Oil corresponds to the 8th Chakra (or Soul Chakra). This is an excellent oil for general all-over protection for those who are more spiritually-attuned and not locked into the fear. For general all-over protection, apply the oil to the head points and run your hands over the front and back, and both sides several inches away from the body, to cover your energy field. Use the affirmation, "I am one with all that is." Sacred Mountain associates with the 3rd Chakra (Solar Plexus), which has to do with our connection to the outside world. Sacred Mountain can elevate us from Being a Part of Mass Consciousness, to manifesting Christ Consciousness Manifesting by being conscious, with the statement “I am Conscious”. White Angelica is another oil that’s been coming up lately. It is associated with the 4th Chakra (Heart Chakra). It provides general protection, and can be applied with a cross pattern between the 3rd eye or top of the head, heart, and the top of the shoulders. Frankincense has to do with ego, whose job is to protect. Palo Santo Essential Oil is the south American version of Frankincense. Pine, associated to the emotion Being Unimportant, transmutes into Value, with “I take personal responsibility”. The alarm point is Mucous Membrane, and those concerned with shedding effects from recent vaccines can take Pine Essential Oil orally by adding a couple drops to a beverage each day, or by making Pine tea. Pine also transmutes Degraded into Nurtured, with “I assert myself”. The alarm point for this emotion is White Blood Cells. Cypress Essential Oil transmutes Disrespect into Respect, with “I am free of insecurity.” It is interesting to note that all these essential oils come from trees. Supporting Your Immune System Peppermint Essential Oil is a consistent supporter of the immune system, and shows up most often, except for the Stomach body type, which does better with Spearmint Essential Oil. Thieves Essential Oil also provides strong immune system support. The literature consistently states that sufficient Vitamin D levels provides the greatest protection. While D3 is synthesized when skin is exposed to sunlight, very few people in sunny climates have adequate Vitamin D levels. I like to see Vitamin D levels around 90 to support the immune system. Vitamin D is an oil-soluble vitamin so taking it with an oil like cod liver oil along with Vitamin K enhances the absorption. My favorite formula is made by Apex Energetics. If you have any difficulty finding a good source of Vitamin D3, call my office. Proper nutrition and exercise also support the immune system. Strong nutrition varies significantly by body type, so refer to your Body Type Profile and Diet Booklet, or your Quick Reference Card. Body type appropriate exercise helps to activate the immune system, particularly for the Lymph, Medulla, Nervous System, and Thymus body types. Nutrition entails not only what to put in your body – but what to NOT put in. Avoid GMO foods entirely, as these are harmful to the body. Also avoid junk food and fast food. Preservatives, mercury, animal and fetal tissues in vaccines can be problematic – for more information, see Dr. Judy Mikovits. In addition to the Essential Oils named here, each body type has specific Core Emotional Issues that can be transmuted with Essential Oils. These emotions, and how to transmute them with Essential Oils, are discussed in your Body Type Profile and Diet Booklet, as well as in Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils. Facing Today’s Challenges Challenges such as the ones we face today are provided for growth and transmutation. We are challenged to be present and connected, to move from separation to oneness. Remaining grounded and centered helps us navigate through current times as the narratives and demands of the outside world change and emanate a fear-based frequency. For a demonstration video of the transmutation technique, scroll to the bottom of this newsletter. |

Cedarwood Essential Oil | |||||||
![]() Cedarwood Essential Oil is high in sesquiterpenes, naturally occurring molecules demonstrated to decrease the progression of cancer. When used topically, it helps to maintain the appearance of youthful skin and healthy hair, and also has skin cleansing properties. Historically, the ancient Egyptians used Cedarwood for ceremonial purposes. The Cedarwood in Young Living’s oil comes from Morocco, and is the most closely related species of Cedar to the Cedars of Lebanon renowned from ancient times. Cedarwood can be used to transmute Incompletion into Progress, Survival (associated with the 1st, or Root, Chakra) into Unity, and Conceit (associated with the 6th, or Third Eye, Chakra) into Meekness. For topical use:
Cedarwood is also a natural deodorizer, and when diffused, its calm and soothing aroma creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere, particularly for the evening. Its sweet, earthy aroma supports focus. It can be diffused, or 1-2 drops applied to your pillow at bedtime.
