Hello Readers,

I am thrilled to announce my brand new Body Type Practitioners Certification Course, which has been 2 years in the making. Achieving Your New Years Resolutions


Did you set resolutions this New Year? How are they going? Whether your goals are about weight, fitness, physique, personal growth and advancement, or improvement in relationships, the 25 Body Type System has answers.


Shedding Holiday Pounds?

How can you offload the weight you picked up over the holidays without diets that don’t feel good to you? Eating right for your specific body type helps with weight management, while also increasing your energy, reducing fatigue, and supporting your overall health.

Eating foods that don’t support your dominant gland, organ or system can result in weight gain, fatigue, sluggishness, brain fog, poor sleep, digestive upset, and other symptoms. Your body type Profile booklet provides the roadmap to your best nutrition.

Are you avoiding your “Rarely” foods? Are you drinking enough quality water each day? Review your “Dietary Guidelines”. If you’re a Medulla body type, are you having a few bites of a vegetable before breakfast? If you’re a Blood body type, are you avoiding olive oil? If you’re a Pinealor Thalamus body type, are you avoiding almonds and almond milk?

Review your Profile to remind yourself about the best time of day for fruit and protein, certain food combinations, and other specifics related to your body type. Re-read your “Dietary Guidelines Summary” section of the Profile for weight loss tips that don’t require dieting.

Are you looking for fresh, healthy meal ideas that are easy to prepare and designed to support your body type? Take a look at the “Sample Menus” section in your profile. They have been carefully formulated in specific combinations that support your body type, while not requiring extensive meal preparation.


Cleaning Out Your System

Your Profile includes a “Sample Cleanse Menu” that is specific to your body type. This is one way to clear out your digestive tract.

You can also feel better by detoxing. We continually absorb toxins from the air, food, and other sources. One easy yet effective way to reduce your toxic load is a foot soak. Use warm water, with one capful of Miracle II Soap and one capful of Miracle II Neutralizer for 20 – 30 minutes. A bath is even better. I have also found these detox foot pads to be very effective, and they work while you sleep.


Looking Your Best

Physique is usually related directly to self-image. Start by setting realistic goals based on your body type. Some body types don’t easily build muscle mass, and others have a natural soft layer that obscures muscular definition. Review your “Physical Profile” and base your fitness goals on you, rather than on a picture in a magazine.

That section includes “Recommended Exercise.” Choosing the right type of fitness program for you – physically and psychologically – is the best way to plan exercise that you’re more likely to stick with, and gain the maximum benefit from.


Sticking To Your Goals

Determination isn’t always enough. Whatever your goals may be for 2026, it’s always helpful to be aware of what really motivates you. Review your “Personality Profile” and remind yourself what actually drives you. Approach your goals in a way that matches your innate nature to increase your success.


Enhancing Your Relationships

Healthy relationships begin with a solid, objective understanding of how we present ourselves to the world. Review your “Personality Profile”, and look at the “At Best” and “At Worst” traits. These demonstrate the range of ways in which you relate to others. Which traits best describe you? Be the best “you” possible as a foundation for healthy, enjoyable relationships.

Are You a Thyroid Body Type?

Thyroid Body Types are theoretical and practical, they thrive on doing things that are worthwhile





Women having a Thyroid body type can range from petite to tall, with small to medium bone structure. They have well-proportioned bodies with a defined to well-defined waist, and shoulders relatively even with hips. They have a delicate appearance, with slender hands, long tapered fingers, and narrow feet. Initial weight gain occurs in lower abdomen, waist, upper hips and thighs, inner knees, and middle back.
Men having a Thyroid body type can range from average to tall, with small to medium bone structure. They have a proportionate or slender torso, often with a slight or slender build, and small-to-average hands and narrow feet, thin-to-average thighs and calves, and shoulders relatively even with hips. They are able to achieve muscular definition in torso with exercise.

A vegetarian diet does not provide adequate nutrition for the Thyroid body type when healthy.

Thyroid body types can lose weight by limiting fruit to twice a week, and avoiding bread, sugar and dairy (except butter).

The passion of Thyroid body types is to Be Worthwhile and Make Contribution, and they are motivated by Self-realization and Emotional Pain.

The Core Emotional Issues for the Thyroid body type are Sadness, Injustice, Speaking Out, Failure, and Misunderstood.

Releasing Anger
with Purification Essential Oil

Anger is the “default emotion” we experience in reaction to something that we don’t want or weren’t expecting. It is a common, base emotion that we all experience, and it is also a Core Emotional Issue for the Nervous System, Liver and Thyroid body types.

The other side of Anger, or the higher vibration of it, is Laughter. A burst of laughter is the best way to release Anger.

Purification Essential Oil holds the frequency of Laughter and is the oil used to transmute Anger into Laughter. Releasing an emotional pattern that limits you requires understanding the issue and how it affects your life. A core emotional issue is a recurring theme in your life that impulses you to grow as a person. These are the emotions that show up as recurrent themes, trip you up more frequently, and require more understanding and attention. The other side – positive quality – is often your greatest strength.

The way out of Anger is “My direction is clear.” Moving from Anger to Laughter releases that intense feeling that Anger can produce within the body. Redirecting your focus to your own direction leads you out of the situation that produced the Anger response in the first place. It provides a productive path forward, so that you don’t ruminate in the Anger.

Purification is used to release several other emotions - Alone (being), Negative Thoughts, Recognition, Rejection, Seeing, and Violence.

Purification is an essential oil blend of Citronella, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Melaleuca Alternifolia, Lavandin, and Myrtle. Purification was formulated for diffusing to purify and cleanse the air, neutralizing mildew, cigarette smoke, and disagreeable odors.
