As I announced last month, I have launched a brand new tool that allows you to lookup how to clear an emotion using essential oils. It works on mobile as well as PC, and is very easy to use. Thyroid body types are slender and delicate, are both theoretical and practical, and thrive on doing things that are worthwhile.
Celebration Essential Oil can be used to release Being Bullied, transmuting it into Strong. This is a new emotion not included in the 2019 Edition of Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils, but it is in the new Oils Lookup.

|The "Blue Book" is Now Available On-The-Go|
At last the long-awaited Oils Easy Access – Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils On-The-Go has arrived. Many of you have had a chance to test my quick reference program over the last month and your feedback has been fantastic! Thank you.
For any of you who have not been to Oils Lookup, you will find instant access to looking up an emotion by entering the Emotion, Oil or Body/Alarm point. You will then see the complete clearing process for the emotion using the appropriate oil.
I chose this internet format rather than an app because apps are generally limited to tablets and smartphones. This can be accessed on all devices including Windows computers.
This approach (internet vs. app) gives me more ability for updates. With this format I can bring you the newest emotions immediately, rather than having to wait for the next edition of the oils book, or the next published release of an app. The first of these new emotions that appears in the Oils Lookup (but isn’t in the 2019 Edition of the book) is being Bullied, which is released using Celebration Essential Oil blend (see below).

Women with the Thyroid body type are well-proportioned, usually with slender hands and feet, and a delicate appearance. They have a defined or well-defined waist ("hourglass" figure), with eyes that reveal brightness and sensitivity. Initial weight gain is lower body - lower abdomen, waist, upper hips, and upper thighs.
Thyroid men are average-to-tall in height, with shoulders even with or slightly broader than hips. They have small-to-medium bone structure, with slight or slender build and small or narrow hands and feet. Torso musculature is solid, and Thyroid can attain musclular definition with moderate ease.
Just as the thyroid gland regulates the metabolism, ensuring the adequate release of energy into the body, Thyroid body types are known for getting things done. Extremely responsible, they go to great lengths to fulfill their obligations, often at their own expense. Thyroid types thrive on doing things that are worthwhile and are often idealistic, wanting to make a contribution to their world. With an affinity for both the theoretical and the practical, Thyroid types are constantly formulating theories, then testing them based on their practical application. Bridging the gap between the head and the body, or the mind and the emotions, Thyroid types are able to see both side of an issue, distill it, and communicate its essence.
Personality, Relationships & Career
The primary nature of Thyroid body types is Mental / Spiritual. (Read more about the Points of Connection.)
Thyroids characteristically have a strong compassion and empathy for others. With a multi-faceted nature, Thyroids are capable of understanding and relating to all the other body types. Thyroid types can be quite sociable and gregarious, fitting in well with others and enjoying their company. Being exceptionally self-contained, they can also be soft-spoken and reserved, even to the point of appearing aloof, secretive, or withdrawn.
Sensitive to the emotional environment around them and not wanting to upset their equilibrium or the harmony they value with others, Thyroids are likely to avoid dealing with conflict and disharmony. When they do have to face conflict, Thyroids tend to do so gingerly and indirectly.
Motivated by their desire for self-realization, Thyroids seek personal growth and deal with what’s not working in their lives on an ongoing basis.
Many have an intense interest in gaining knowledge as their whole orientation to life is intellectual, while at the same time having a keen awareness of their body and sensory perceptions. When a subject captures their attention, Thyroids will use their strong mental capacities to study it in depth and intuitive abilities to capture its essence.
For Thyroid body types, exercise is optional, primarily benefitting muscle tone, figure control and mind/body connection. Activities such as Callanetics, dance, and hiking develop endurance, stamina, and muscular strength. Aerobic exercise such as walking, rebounding, or trampoline are good for developing muscle.

Nutrition, Diet & Weight Management
Thyroid body types do well when emphasizing protein, nuts (especially almonds), and vegetables, while restricting breads, dairy and sugar. Consume more cooked than raw vegetables, including beets & asparagus. Eat tart rather than sweet fruit. Fruit or nuts after protein aids digestion.
Thyroid is NOT one of the body types that can thrive on a vegetarian diet. For more about body type and vegetarianism, see the February 2018 Newsletter.
To lose weight, limit fruit (except lemon) to 2 meals per week. Avoid bread, refined sugar, and dairy (except butter). Limit snacks to mid afternoon or evening.

Celebration Essential Oil
for Releasing Being Bullied
Bullied is an emotional experience that shows up all too often. This is where you or someone you know is on the receiving end of someone else’s attack – and it is often more than I person. The person being bullied is generally perceived as being weak and an easy target. There is generally some part of them that conveys the victim energy, so looking at the emotion of being a victim can also be helpful.
The other side is Strong, which requires connecting with your inner strength. The way out is “I stand my ground.” This require connecting with what your ground is, as well as the courage of your convictions and connecting with your inner strength.
The alarm point is Solar Plexus which is the 3rd chakra and is how we connect with the rest of the world. It is located midway between the bottom of the breast bone and the belly button.
