As the Holiday Season begins, more time spent with family and friends often causes personality differences and unresolved relationship issues to surface. Vibrationals are a subtle yet powerful way of improving relationships at a cellular level.
Balanced body types are honest to the point of being blunt, and prefer to work alone and do-it-yourself.

What Are Vibrationals?
Vibrationals are homeopathic remedies made from natural substances including plants and gem stones. They can be taken at bedtime to work through through the subconscious, or can be diluted in water sipped during the day to work in the conscious state.
The purpose of vibrationals is to help attune yourself, or to improve your relationships with others.
While Essential Oils assist the emotional and physical bodies, then filter into the mental and spiritual bodies, Vibrationals begin with the mental and spiritual, then filter into the emotional and physical.
There are groups of Vibrationals which serve different purposes. The two groups which help relationships the most are Mother / Father Genetics, and Body Type Vibrationals.
Mother / Father Genetics
The best sequence when taking Vibrationals is to start with Mother or Father Genetics – begin with the parent you had the greatest difficulty with when you were growing up. Once you have finished the first one – which takes about a month – you are ready for the other parent. If you were raised by a grandparent or guardian, treat them as your parent.
Your parents are your first impression as to what women and men are like. They are your initial role models and shape how you view yourself, and all your relationships. Mother represents the feminine, nurturing, receptive side of you. Father is the masculine, driving, goal-oriented, self-expression in the world.
If you are a woman, Mother Genetics relates to how you see yourself, how you treat yourself, your female friends, your social, home and feminine roles. Father Genetics relates to the men in your life, your choice of a mate, finance, career, and expression in the world. If you are a man, it is the opposite with Father Genetics relating to how you see yourself.
Vibrationals work at the cellular level to clear patterns that operate on an unconscious level. The gal who created the vibrationals had been married and divorced twice, had a son from each marriage, wanted to get married again, but did not want to repeat the pattern. She had done a lot of personal growth work on herself to clear limiting patterns and beliefs, but felt there was something more influencing her life. What she got in touch with was what her birth mother experienced when she was carrying her during her pregnancy. Her mother’s emotional state was imprinted on her cellular structure and was expressing in her relationships! Her parents met during the war; her father was shipped out the next morning, then her mother found out she was pregnant. Because of the war, her mother was not able to contact her father, was ostracized by her family, and gave the baby up for adoption. While her adoptive mother was great, she was still affected by the genetic imprint from her birth mother. She created Mother Genetics to clear the genetic imprint, and once she had taken the vibrational she attracted a wonderful man who she is still married to over 25 years later.
These Vibrationals function at a genetic level, going back four generations and forward 4 generations to clear genetic patterns and unresolved issues. Generational influences have been well documented and will often skip a generation before manifesting. Bert Hellinger, in his “Family Constellation” work saw this pattern played out more often than not in dysfunctional relationship patterns the person had no explanation of or basis for.
The beauty of the Vibrationals is while they are profoundly effective, they are gentle. Taking 10 drops at night before going to bed allows emotional residue to be processed and released in the dream state, which you may or may not be aware of. If you should feel you have more to process than you are able to handle, simply take a break for awhile to allow yourself to catch up and then resume. Mother / Father Genetics vibrationals are powerful assists in clearing unresolved issues affecting your relationships with others – and your relationship with yourself.
Body Type Vibrationals
There is a Vibrational for each of the 25 body types. The best place to start is to take the Vibrational for your own body type. When taking your body type Vibrational, you will find that your “at best” characteristics manifest more often – and your “at worst” characteristics will not. The Personality Profile in the Profile & Diet book for each body type describes these “at best” and “at worst” characteristics. Your body type Vibrational integrates the positive qualities of your body type, while transmuting the negative ones.
After taking your own body type Vibrational, look at the relationships in your life – friends, co-workers, or partner / spouse. Which person are you having the most difficulty with? If you can determine their body type and take that Vibrational, you’ll experience something amazing. The relationship either becomes harmonious, or the relationship dissolves and that person goes on their way. By taking the Vibrational of someone else’s body type, you are able to incorporate what you need to learn from being around their body type, and the energy is clean without all their unresolved emotional issues. You become more attuned to that body type, and you’ll find yourself reacting differently to their behavior patterns that once bothered you in some way.
Interestingly, you’ll find that your relationships with everyone in your life having that body type will be affected in this way. We tend to attract multiple people into our lives having a specific body type which provide these lessons, and you’ll notice these relationships changing when you take their Vibrational, even if you weren’t aware of their body type.
Taking the vibrationals for the body types of your friends and family members goes a long way toward creating harmonious relationships. If you are not sure what body type they are, either encourage them to take the test, or sit down with them and take their body type test. You will be amazed at what you will learn.

Balanced body types are distinguished by either short legs with a long torso, or long legs with a short torso. Balanced women have a bright, sparkling eyes, a defined waist, and the appearance of relatively flat buttocks due to blending with the thighs. Initial weight gain for women is in the lower body – upper thighs and buttocks, and lower abdomen. Balanced men have a medium bone structure and may have wide hips, with average musculature that can attain moderate definition with exercise. Initial weight gain for men is solid musculature in the lower or entire abdomen, and a solid thickening of the waist.
The Balanced body type is not controlled by any single gland, organ or system, but is dependent upon everything working together synergistically. Balanced body types need balance in their world - balance between work and play, physical and spiritual expression, mental and emotional states, and personal and business relationships. Essentially playful and adventurous, they embody the synergy that brings about balance.
Personality, Relationships & Career
The primary nature of Balanced body types is Mental / Spiritual. (Read more about the Points of Connection.)
Balanced body types are playful and adventurous. They have a sensitive nature that drives them to great lengths to maintain equilibrium and balance in their lives. On the outside they are light, playful, personable and entertaining, while inside they are reserved and reluctant to share their true feelings. Their sense of adventure drives them to travel – both geographically and mixing among different people.
The primary nature of Balanced is spiritual / mental. They are persistent, goal-oriented self starters who prefer to work alone and easily accept responsibility. They are self-contained and conscientious in their work and activities.
Balanceed body types benefit emotionally from exercise – it lifts their spirits and adds variety to their day, while also activating their lymphatics. Sunlight is beneficial so outdoors activities are recommended, and variety is essential. Good exercise for them include Pilates, dancing, walking, hiking, bicycling, swimming, and tennis.

Nutrition, Diet & Weight Management
Breakfast should emphasize carbohydrates, lunch should feature proteins, and dinner should emphasize grains with vegetables. Balanced body types do best with a balance between raw and cooked vegetables. A vegetarian diet is not recommended for this body type because it needs 10-30% of its caloric intake from protein. Rotation of specific foods is important – try not to repeat foods within 4 days.
For weight loss, avoid caffeine, stimulants and alcohol; limit fruit to breakfast; consume most calories at breakfast and lunch with a light dinner; reduce dairy, avoid starches at dinner, and don’t snack after dinner.
Balanced is NOT one of the body types that can thrive on a vegetarian diet. For more about body type and vegetarianism, see the February 2018 Newsletter.
