The 25 Body Type System TM
May 18, 2018
Issue No. 59
Many of you are already aware that essential oils assist the emotional and physical bodies, then filter into the mental and spiritual bodies. Vibrationals start with the mental and spiritual bodies. This month I introduce Vibrationals and discuss the Vibrationals for the 25 Body Types.
Hypothalmaus body types are usually very tall (such as basketball players), and live their lives by extremes. This month we look at what's unique about the Hypothalamus body type.
Sacred Frankincense Essential Oil is considered to be the most precious essential oil of the Middle East, having been in use for over 5000 years. This month we take a close look at its various uses.
As always, I hope and trust that these newsletters help you enjoy a happier, healthier life.

What Are Vibrationals?
Vibrationals are homeopathic remedies made from natural substances including plants and gem stones. While essential oils work primarily on the emotional and physical bodies and then filter into the mental and spiritual bodies, vibrationals start with the mental and spiritual bodies. They can be taken at bedtime to work through through the subconscious, or can be diluted in water sipped during the day to work in the conscious state.
The purpose of vibrationals is to help attune yourself, or to improve your relationships with others.
What Vibrationals Are Available?
Vibrationals are available for:
In this newsletter, I present the vibrationals for the 25 body types. The others will be explained in subsequent newsletters.
The 25 Body Type Vibrationals
The vibrationals began with the 25 body types. These vibrationals came into being following a conversation I had with my friend, Nedrra. She and I were discussing face lifts. Ideally, it is recommended to begin getting your first face lift in your 40’s so the change is not too dramatic. Since they generally only last about 5 years, each one tightens your face a little more, and over time you start looking like Barbara Walters with the wind tunnel effect. We both decided this was not an option. In studying the effects of aging, we observed that some people age very well, while others have more noticeable lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin. Another observation was how unresolved emotional stress showed up on the face. It wasn’t just stress in general, but had to do with each person’s core emotional issues. Nedrra then created a vibrational for each of the 25 body types. Taking the vibrational for your particular body type helps you release your “At Worst” characteristics and strengthen your “At Best” traits.
Another amazing benefit occurs when a person takes the vibrational for the body type of someone they are having difficulty with. The effect is the relationship just dissolves and that person goes on their way, or the relationship become harmonious. By taking the vibrational of someone else’s body type, you are able to incorporate what you need to learn from being around their body type, and the energy is clean without all their unresolved emotional issues.
Scott, a patient of mine with Lymph body type, was having problems with his roommate at the time, who was a Brain body type. Brain body types have the trait of continually evaluating their decisions to validate their accuracy. For Scott, this was perceived in an “I’m always right” or “I told you so” manner, and he couldn't avoid taking it as personal criticism.
After using the Brain body type vibrational, Scott found that he no longer reacted in this way to his roommate. The vibrational had helped him to integrate the realization that this was merely a Brain body type trait, not a personal attack. He was more in tune with his roommate’s intentions and patterns, rather than being reactive to his words or actions, which smoothed out the bumps in their friendship.
Taking the vibrationals for the body types of your friends and family members goes a long way toward creating harmonious relationships. If you are not sure what body type they are, either encourage them to take the test, or sit down with them and take their body type test. You will be amazed at what you will learn.
|Are You a Hypothalamus Body Type?|
Are you very tall? Are you characterized by extremes? Do you find yourself constantly going through “phases” even in adulthood? Are you drawn to causes, to the point of becoming a crusader? Then you may be a Hypothalamus body type.
Celebrities with Hypothalamus body type include Christopher Reeve, Meg Ryan, Meredith Baxter-Birney, Tony Robbins, Meg Whitman, Tom Brady, Ben Affleck, Vince Vaughn, Shaquille O'Neal, Prince William, Steve Harvey, Larry Ellison, Steve Jobs, Dennis Rodman, and Samuel L. Jackson.
Are you a Hypothalamus body type? You might be, if:
If this describes you, you could be a Hypothalamus body type.
Although Hypothalamus body types can sometimes be of average height, generally they are the tallest of the 25 body types. Many NBA basketball players are Hypothalamus.
Women having the Hypothalamus body type are tall with long limbs, a long slender torso, and narrow-to-average shoulder width. The head often seems small relative to the body. They may have difficulty gaining weight. When they do, initial weight gain begins in the lower abdomen, upper thighs and hips, buttocks and waist.
Hypothalamus men are characterized by a dominant chest with a thick, straight torso. Shoulders are generally wider than hips. The lower body is proportionally smaller, with thin-to-average thighs and calves. The torso is solid musculature, with abdominal paunch that makes it moderate-to-difficult to show torso muscular definition. Initial weight gain begins as a solid abdominal covering, and a solid thickening of the waist and torso.
Personality, Relationships & Career
Hypothalamus body types seek extremes in life, even preferring either extreme hot or very cold climates.
Being single-minded, Hypothalamuses prefer to continue with a task, to the point of becoming a crusader, until it is finished or until they reach a saturation point which causes their focus to change. Shifting gears, particularly from mental to emotional, can be difficult, so they prefer not to be interrupted or given multiple tasks.
They continually go through “phases” even as adults – completely immersing themselves in a project or a cause, then transferring all their energy to something new. This includes all areas of life – career, relationships, inner probings, travel, and even retirement – Hypothalamus men have a habit of devoting themselves to career, then to retirement, then abandoning retirement to return to a career. Finance is a popular career for Hypothalamus body types.
The primary nature of Hypothalamus body types is Spiritual / Mental. (Read more about these Points of Connection here.) They have a deep curiosity and are comfortable with concepts and ideas. Their strengths include logic, decisiveness, commitment and determination. They are able to see the big picture – but they like to start and end a project, delegating to others for the in-between detail steps.
Intimate relationships can be challenging for Hypothalamus body types. Women have difficulty maintaining their identity and self-expression, while men have difficulty navigating problems and sharing their feelings. Career is often a distraction from relationships.
Hypothalamus men are challenged to attain visible abdominal muscular definition due to a natural protrusion over the abdomen, and their long limbs will appear lean despite exercise attempts to bulk up. For Hypothalamus women, exercise provides muscle strength and helps to maintain their figure.
Exercise is optional but helpful for Hypothalamus body types. About 20 minutes every other day gives the mind a rest, and facilitates physical integration. Walking, dancing, biking, tennis, basketball, and low impact aerobics are best for this body type. Exercise should be recreational, otherwise it will be given low priority.
For more on exercising specifically for your body type, see the August 2017 Newsletter.
Hypothalamus body types tend to be either very healthy, or very sensitive. They can be prone to allergies, high blood pressure, respiratory and immune system ailments. They may experience digestive sluggishness or distress, which is directly related to appropriateness of food choices.
Nutrition, Diet & Weight
Hypothalamus body types do best with a light, late breakfast emphasizing fruit and protein, while fruit should be avoided at lunch and dinner. A supportive lunch would be raw vegetables, salads, nuts, seeds and cheese. Dinner is best cooked, including the vegetables. For this body type, eat more raw than cooked vegetables – and broccoli, zucchini and yellow squash should always be eaten raw. Food rotation is important for this body type.
Hypothalamus is one of the body types that can successfully follow a vegetarian diet. For more about body type and vegetarianism, see the February 2018 Newsletter.
To lose weight, Hypothalamus body types can limit dairy, alcohol, caffeine, fried foods, and breads with yeast. Eating on a regular schedule will also help. To gain weight, they can increase food quantities, and use exercise to increase muscle mass.
Complete nutritional information including food lists for the Hypothalamus body type can be found on the Hypothalamus Quick Reference Card.
Core Emotional Issues
Each of the 25 body types encounters certain core emotional issues or lessons to overcome in life. For Hypothalamus, these are Shame, Fear and Betrayal. The emotion of Shame is stored in the hypothalamus gland. The other side is Understanding, which is reached using White Angelica essential oil and the affirmation, “I learn from all of life’s experiences.” The opposite of Fear is Awareness or Faith, accessed using Sandalwood essential oil and the affirmation, “I face the unknown.” The opposite of Betrayal is Trust, accessed with Forgiveness essential oil and the affirmation, “I have the courage to accept the truth.”

|Sacred Frankincense Essential Oil|
Sacred Frankincense essential oil comes from the distillation of the resin of the Boswellia sacra frankincense tree which only grows in the Dhofar region south of Oman. It is considered to be the most precious spiritual oil of the Middle East. It has been used to awaken spiritual awareness and connect with spirit for over 5000 years. It helps release parts of the ego that hold us back from connecting with our soul and release feelings of unworthiness and insecurity.
The emotions associated with Sacred Frankincense are the feeling of or fear of being HELPLESS and the other emotion is UNWANTED. The other side of Helpless is Secure; the way out or affirmation is, "I am safe." The other side of Unwanted is Wanted; the way out or affirmation is, "I am aligned."
The emotions associated with Frankincense are: Dizziness, F-You, and Worthless. I have found that Sacred Frankincense can be effectively used for Worthless and even Dizziness, but is too light or higher frequency to be effective for F-You.
Sacred Frankincense – Boswellia sacra has a sweet, light, almost floral aroma.
Frankincense – Boswellia carterii has a light, crisp and soft aroma.
The chemistry profile shows Sacred Frankincense to contain a higher alpha pinene constituent than Frankincense. Frankincense is wonderful for protection and cleansing of the auric (energetic) field. It is protective, purifying, and grounding all at the same time which is why it is excellent for meditation and sacred ceremonies.
On the physical level, Frankincense is wonderful for the skin. It is both cicatrisant and cytophylactic. It is skin healing and effective on boils, acne and scarring on the skin as well as to assist stretch marks to fade. Being cytophlactic, it promotes the regeneration of healthy cells and keeps the existing cells and tissues healthy. Also effective as an antiseptic on wounds and cuts. Try using it in a facial cream for wrinkles, too.
Also great for digestive issues, Frankincense speeds up the secretion of digestive juices and facilitates peristaltic motion. It is also a carminative giving relief from gas and indigestion.
Frankincense is a powerful expectorant and very effective for respiratory issues such as colds, flu, asthma, and other lung issues. Relieves bronchitis and congestion.
Frankincense may be used NEAT (undiluted):
