Judy came to me complaining of low energy, frequent infections, and sensitivity to many foods. She had tried to eat “light” with meals of rice, legumes, and vegetables, but she was left feeling tired, irritable and often bloated. When she resorted to eating only salads, she would lose weight, which was the last thing she needed as she was naturally thin.
In determining Judy’s body type, I found her to be a Pineal. Unfortunately, her eating habits were not supporting her type. The Pineal body type should avoid caffeine, pork, almonds and dried fruits. By following the basic Pineal diet, she was able to meet all of her dietary needs. Now she is able to support her body and keep her system in good healthy balance.
In planning any dietary regimen, there are basic nutritional requirements that must be met. These basics, and your understanding of them, offer the foundation you need for your own eating plan. Relative to diet, the seven essentials of life are: protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins, water, and fiber. The reasons for including all of these elements in your diet will become clearer as you understand their importance.
