Medulla Body Type Diet

Meals - The Medulla body type has a unique system, where eating a vegetable, even a few bites, for breakfast before eating any other food activates the digestive system and enhances assimilation.  Lunch an be heavy and eaten between 10:30am and 3:00pm.  Dinner is best with vegetables, legumes, and/or grains, but no protein or fruit.  Protein can be eaten again after 9:00pm.


Food Additives - Your body has a hard time clearing chemicals and food additives out of your system, so it it best to avoid them and focus on organic and chemical free chicken and turkey.


Exercise - Medulla types build muscle easily, so losing weight with exercise requires a sustained activity of 3 hours or more, like walking, hiking, or cross-country skiing.



Sample List of "Seldom" (Unsupportive) Foods for Medulla Body Types:

Chemical-fed chicken or turkey, nonfat milk, ice cream, whole wheat bread or crackers, squash, zuccini, sweet potatoes, blueberries, strawberries, artificial sweeteners such as Equal or Nutrasweet, margarine, chocolate desserts, diet sodas.
